Refund Policy

The authoritative refund policy is section 6 of our Terms of Service. This page is a plain-language summary of the same rules; if the two ever differ, the terms apply. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

01

During the trial

Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. The trial exists so you can try the platform before paying anything.

02

Your first charge

Not working out? Tell us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we refund it in full.

03

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refunded once a billing period starts, with two exceptions. Billing errors are always refunded. And if you forgot to cancel, created no deployments in the new period, and ask within 7 days, we refund that renewal.

04

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.

05

GPU and hosting charges

Billed by your infrastructure provider, like AWS or RunPod, under your own agreement with them. That money never reaches us and we cannot refund it.

06

How to ask

Email hello@strixtechnology.com from your account address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Before a chargeback

Thinking of disputing a charge with your bank? Contact us first. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback investigation. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the South African Consumer Protection Act and, where it applies to you, EU consumer law.
